These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of content writing, SEO, and content strategy services ("Services") by iLearnerscamp, operated by Winfred Wangechi ("we", "us", "our"), to clients ("you", "the Client") who engage our Services. By submitting the contact form, replying to a quote, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
iLearnerscamp provides freelance content writing (blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, email newsletters, and social captions), SEO optimisation (keyword research, on-page SEO, content audits), and content strategy services, delivered remotely to clients worldwide. Full details of each service and indicative pricing are listed on the Services and Pricing sections of this website.
Before any work begins, we provide a written quote outlining project scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, based on the information you share during the discovery stage. Work begins only once the quote is accepted and the required deposit is received.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions as described during the quote stage, to be requested within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the original brief; requests that significantly expand scope may be quoted separately.
Content is delivered digitally (typically via Google Docs or email) by the timeline agreed in the project quote. Delivery timelines depend on project scope and are confirmed in writing before work begins.
You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any materials (e.g. brand guidelines, product information) reasonably needed to complete the project. Delays in providing this information may extend delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered content transfers to the Client. Until full payment is received, all drafts and content remain the property of iLearnerscamp. We may, unless you request otherwise, reference completed projects in a general, non-confidential way as part of our portfolio.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We treat client briefs, business information, and unpublished content as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the Services or comply with the law.
Our Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLearnerscamp's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant project.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the Client's own jurisdiction.
